Love to Visit
Love to make it easier…
Insight.
The moment the clock hits 5 on a Friday, panic is felt up and down the country. In what should feel like a moment of bliss, finishing for the weekend – parents instead find themselves stuck, wondering what they’re going to do to keep their family entertained.
Idea.
We’re going to show how this ‘Weekend Anxiety’ can easily take control of parents, but also how easy it is for it to be contained. Using Love To Visit, the only app able to provide inspiration and booking in one place.
Execution.
Humour. When weekend anxiety begins to take a hold of our audiences, one character (in brand colours) is always able to rise above it - never fazed by the stress, all because they have the Love To Visit app.
Friday afternoon.
That beautiful moment you realise work is done for the weekend, and most of your stresses no longer exist…
That is, unless you’re a busy parent.
Who doesn’t have anything planned for weekend yet.
And are about to drive home to tell your family exactly that. (Panic)

It’s Friday. We see the clock hit 17:30. The angle reverses, a female is stood in her glass-walled office staring upwards towards the clock… She slowly puts her hands to her face and begins to weep. We see her family on the computer desktop background.
She glances out of the office window, we cut to a male stood at the communal water dispenser, plastic cup in hand – shaking. His keys hang out of his pocket, with a picture of a child on.
Throughout the office – chaos.
A male receives an email asking if he ‘Has anything nice planned on the weekend’ – he picks the computer up and throws it across the room. Another parent has a mass of tourist attraction leaflets open on the desk, she places the photo of her family face-down, rocking back and forth. But then…
We cut to a female, sat at her desk (wearing brand colour clothing) – feet up. Not a stress in the world.
She stands up and begins to walk through the middle aisle of the office, oblivious to the chaos erupting around her. VO: With over 2,000 UK-wide attractions to choose from, you can plan ahead. Scroll, browse and book, all with the Love to Visit app.
She looks down at her phone, we see a POV of her screen. She filters through her family’s interests, selects an activity/attraction… Then hits confirm. A big tick transitions over the top of her screen. She places the phone back into her pocket.
Continuing to walk amid the chaos, she mouths: See you on Monday to a colleague hiding underneath their desk, ‘World’s Best Nan’ mug in hand.
VO: Just don’t tell anyone. (Softly whispers) …It’ll be our little secret. ;)
She finger-guns towards her boss before waving goodbye – the boss stands at the window of her office before raising her hand with a horrified look on her face. Our Love to Visit character continues to walk, smugly smiling to herself.
